
Again I have one recipe & adapt it.
This is my typical white bread. I do use a bread maker - fast!!!
3 teaspoons of sugar
3 teaspoons sure bake yeast
good 3 grinds of salt mill.
3 cups flour
1 1/4 cup warm water
drizzel of olive oil
Place in bread maker & set to dough cycle.
Mold into bun shapes & flatten brush some olive oil on top of each pita bread- bake in hot oven - half way through I wack the buns flat (use dish cloth as they are hot)
They are done when brown.
Brilliant to cut in half & fill with the moroccan meal - kids friends enjoy this meal.
