Measure the liquid add 3/4 cup sugar for every 1 cup of juice.
Bring to the boil & boil rapidly for about 10 minutes - until mixture sets
Pour into hot sterile jars

Yum, doesn't this look tasty! I love to make jam but have never tried putting fruit in muslin and letting the juice drip out for jelly. Your finished product looks beautiful! Thanks for sharing.

I tell you it is sooo much FUN. And all the family is involved from picking the crab apples to helping hang it up to drip. The best part is eating it it's soo good on warm freshly made bread..
