Chili Beef

Beef schnitzel cut into thin strips - this is a meal you can skimp or be generous. So enough for your family or your budget.

1 onion chopped
1 spring onion sliced (if you have one)
2 cloves garlic crushed
soya sauce good couple of shakes
chili sauce good couple of shakes
frozen beans
fresh broccoli -
salt n pepper

Marinate beef in onion, garlic, & sauces for as long as you can.

Heat pan with olive oil - enough so won't stick.
add onion & beef mixture - not too much at once as you want it to quickly fry - if you put it all in with mixture it will strew & make meat tough & grey looking.
Add marinade beef was sitting in
Once cooked add in vegetables - you can add as much or little as you like - but it is a good meal to make a small amount of meat go around.
Add more soya sauce or chili sauce if needed - but not too much you do not want a sauce - a good couple of shakes of each at marinating time should be enough.

Serve on noodles - to make meal go further also serve with a spinach salad.
